“I recently stayed at this newer hotel and had a great experience overall. The property is extremely clean and well-maintained—you notice right away that everything looks modern and even smells fresh. It’s conveniently located right off the interstate, making it easy to access while still being surprisingly quiet, which made for a great night’s sleep. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice added bonus that made everything even more convenient. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to stay.”

“I have stayed at hotels all over the southeast with my kids and travel sports. The staff here is the friendliest and most helpful staff I’ve ever had to deal with. The lady that worked Friday night went out of her way to get a question answered for me about my stay. Will 100% stay here again when visiting Hoover for baseball or going to Ttown for football/baseball. Excellent stay, quiet and staff was the nicest staff I’ve ever met.”

“Long road trips are tough, but this hotel experience was excellent. I'm always nervous when i call and get automated prompts in the beginning, but i got to a live person pretty quick(offsite) who was extremely helpful. (More on that below). My son and I got there around 2am after a long and exhausting drive and the entrance was secured enough that i felt totally comfortable coming in at that hour. The lady who got me checked-in was quick, friendly, and straightforward, which was exactly what I needed at 2am. The rooms were very clean and quiet with a large bathroom and blackout shades on the window(huuuge plus). Beds were warm, comfy, and had plenty of pillows and blankets. In the morning I went out to the car and noticed how nice and clean everything else was. The landscaping and grounds looked great, I even saw one of the employees pick up a few pieces of trash from the parking lot on his way in, which I just think shows when employees actually care about the place they work. There was breakfast ready in the lobby when i was on my way out. It was simple, yet still had everything I could've wanted (biscuits, gravy, sausage, pancakes, eggs, muffins, cinnamon rolls, cereal, yogurt, danish, potatoes, drinks, and fruits). Honestly it was a super quick visit, but the experience really left a great impression on me. The drive fried my brain, so the only picture I got on this trip was my pokemon plush sleeping on the bed here I wanted to also brag on the initial help i got on the phone through IHG. The hotel I wanted wasn't going to have the type of room I needed, so they were actively helping me find something else along my route while I was driving. They were able to find and book the room for me and they also called on my behalf to let the front desk know I wouldn't be arriving until 2am. IHG is amazing 10/10”

“For a quick overnight stop, this met all our requirements. The front desk was delightfully kind. The room was clean and updated. The breakfast was a little bit below standard from some other comparable hotel experiences we have had before, but it was clean and adequate and the attendant was so kind and working very hard. We appreciated the rest break and would stay here again.”
